For over 9 years Cast It has been the clear leader in the online casting world.
Used by all of the major Hollywood studios and networks, Cast It is the online standard
by which casting audition and reel videos are uploaded and viewed on the web. The
system has passed multiple security audits by the major studio IT departments and
is consistently referred to as the easiest to use both in terms of uploading videos
as well as viewing casting materials. It is unequaled in terms of features and functionality,
and customer service.

Included Cast It Pro Functionality:
|
|
- Online Casting, End to End: Full functionality of the Cast It System to
manage every aspect of the casting process including video and audition archiving/retrieval,
lists, scheduling, breakdowns, submissions, and locations photo/video upload and
storage. Users can view cast lists, corkboards, actor profiles (headshots, resumes,
etc), IMDb resumes, notes and availabilities as well as video, including auditions,
reels and screen tests.

- The casting office will set up and host the project within their Cast It web site.
They will be responsible for creating role lists, adding actors to roles and uploading
auditions, reels or other related videos.
|
|
- One digital video camera will be provided (free of charge) to the primary
casting office for use on the project. The casting office will need to pick up the
camera from our offices, and drop it off once casting is finished.
|
|
- Our Secure Breakdown, Sides and Script feature allows the casting office
to email the breakdown, script and sides out to agents, managers etc and have that
material automatically password protected (even with an expiration date) and watermarked
with the recipient's email address to prevent unauthorized distribution. Cast It
can also take the script, write up the breakdown, produce sides and make roles available
for submission.

- Secured Production Material: Cast It's software and systems infrastructure
have passed security audits with IT groups at multiple studios. Detailed logs are
kept and the system automatically tracks and reports video views and site usage.

|
- Multiple Access Levels: The casting office gives the producers, director
and any executives access to the project via usernames and passwords. With various
access levels, the casting office can control what clips and actors can see and
not see, ie selects and/or approvals.

|
- Online search / open call system can provide national and international
actor search services. A custom web site will be designed to provide a hub for marketing
and PR efforts to build buzz for the movie and to encourage new and undiscovered
talent to submit a video audition for the casting office to review. Previous online
open calls have been conducted for feature fils, "Twilight Saga: Eclipse", "Real
Steel", "Youth in Revolt", "I Am Charlie St. Cloud" and "The Smurfs Movie".

- Immediate Feedback: Users can leave comments and feedback within the site
to the entire production team, just the casting office, or as private notes that
only they can see. Cast It automatically remembers what auditions the user has already
watched.

- Project Archive: The entire project including the cast lists and the library
of auditions and reels is stored on Cast It for as long as its needed, even if you
need to add or change casting directors, or recast a role months later. It will
even be available when you start your next project.

- Production can even use Cast It after casting is finished to upload hair and makeup
tests, screen tests, location photos and/or videos or even footage from the set.
|
|
- Worldwide Casting: Link in regional / location casting directors to have
them upload auditions to the same project, which are then organized by the location.
|
|
- Send out email video requests to have agents, managers and/or actors upload
their reel or even the audition directly to you.
|
|
Project Fee:
|
|
- The rate is a one time fee that covers the life of the production and costs associated
with the hosting the material as an archive.
|
|
- Cast It will issue an invoice for the use of / access to the project on Cast It.
We accept checks and/or major credit cards.
|
|
- There are no limits to the amount of roles, actors and/or auditions that can be
added to the project.
